Mother/daughter time

My daughter goes to the morning Kindergarten class which gives us the afternoon to spend together. We both wanted to colour this little cutie so badly and she wanted a card to hand to a friend so off we went to the craft corner!

I coloured the image using my ink pads and aqua painters, although I think Copics might be in my future. I struggled with getting a soft shading effect with this, it's not horrible but I definitely feel like it could look better. And nevermind the fact that the blue that I watercoloured with doesn't match the blue of the dsp, oh well. This card was an experiment and I love experimenting!
